In House Dental Savings Program for Self-Pay Patients

It is the goal of Carolina Lakes Family Dental to provide quality dental care at an affordable price to our patients. However, due to the rising cost of healthcare, individuals and families seeking dental insurance often find it too expensive to even consider. In an effort to encourage good dental health among our patients, we have developed an "in-house" dental saving program to patients who do not have dental insurance. This saving program provides a wide scope of benefits at an affordable price to help minimize the cost of your dental needs.  Please call and schedule an appointment for further details.

Your prior records can be helpful, especially if the doctor's medical decision-making will be based upon information contained in your medical history.
